Engineering and Support to Field Operations
We have a high skilled team of engineers, designers, and field personnel from various disciplines with more than fifteen years’ experience on average. Our goal is to create appropriate solutions for each client that allows them to increase productivity, access to new technologies and ensure a reduction in risks and operating costs. We are trained to support our client from conceptual engineering, through design and building the field operations solutions.
Completion Equipment and Sand Control
1. Packers
Permanent, retrievable, hydraulic or Mechanics. Our packers are robust with proven high performance; our equipment is designed to handle high differential pressures in single or multiple zones application, whether vertical or highly deviated wells. Built according to the client’s needs, with materials that allow the greatest possible reliability and durability. Easy an inexpensive, our packers are an ideal tool for high complex wells, where the internal tool run is risky or very expensive. Due to Its design, it is suitable for HPHT environments.
2. Liner Hanger
Designed for thermal applications; Our Liner Hanger is a retrievable premium packer used in a wide variety of applications. It is designed for extreme conditions, operating in high pressures and temperatures (Up to 3000 PSI and 600 ° F)
3. Swellable Packers
This type of packer needs a fluid to react when it is in direct contact with it, whether water or oil or even both. The elastomer reacts and increases its external diameter in a controlled way, maintaining its mechanical properties. It can be installed with pipe strings, casing or thru tubbing, allowing them to be used in open hole or cased applications, whether vertical, horizontal or diverted. Sizes can range from 1.315” to 24” and can also be designed for both standard and thermal uses.
4. Flow Control Devices
Our flow control devices are designed with the objective of maximizing production allowing our clients to overcome the challenges faced in the different types of formations, providing them with specific design regarding the products we offer for applications such as, polymer, steam injections, water production control and others.
Inflow Control Device is specially designed to independently and autonomously control the breakthrough of water and gas from the formation, improving recovery rates and optimizing the inflow profile throughout the production interval.
5. Premium Screens
Our Premium grates incorporate one or more filter meshes, allowing customers to adapt the designs of the sand control systems, giving them greater filtering precision. That is why this type of tool provides high performance as long as its design is established according to the particularities of the well.
To achieve the high performance of these systems, laboratory tests are regularly performed, which are carried out in the facilities of our commercial partners, seeking to achieve open flow areas superior to any other filtering system.
Steam Injection Equipment
Specialized in supplying completion systems with a particular focus on stimulation and production for secondary and enhanced recovery reservoirs. We design the best system for each specific need, offering diverse and advanced technologies such as Vacuum insulated tubing, Multi-position sleeves, High temperature hangers, Hydraulic Packers and High temperature bottom hole monitoring systems.

ISOTHERMAL INSULATION PIPE The "Isothermal" pipe consists of a set of concentric pipes which have a high vacuum atmosphere between them that suppresses heat losses by conduction and by internal convection. In addition, it has internally, a series of insulating layers that reduce the radiation effect, thereby maintaining a high quality of injected steam.
Sizes available: 2 ⅜ ”x 1.66”; 2 ⅞ ”x 1.90”; 3 ½ ”x 2 ⅜” ; 3 ½ ”x 4 ½” degree L-80, temperature 680ºF, pressure 3000 psi, with absolute vacuum atmosphere in the annular space free of mechanical and chemical origin, with diffuser layers to counteract the effects of radiation heat losses with the feature of free hydrogen scavenger, that ensures a proper vacuum throughout the life of the product and the metallic treatment of the pipeline to mitigate hydrogen migration. Integral non-welded connection. 0.0025 - 0.003 Btu / Hr- ° F-ft @ 670 ° F. Temperature loss, less than 1 degree w / 100 Meters.
