Inspection Services
1. Visual Inspection
Is an evaluation method that allows the detection of discontinuities that affect the visually accessible surface of objects. There are two (02) types of methods in this category, direct and remote visual inspection. Our services are based on specifications, standards or international codes such as: ASME Code SECC. V ART. 9 / AWS Code D1.1 / DS-1 (TH Hill), SNT-TC-1A).

2. Liquid Penetrant Inspection
It is a non-destructive testing method that allows the detection of discontinuities open to the surface on most materials; such as: metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) aluminum, magnesium, brass, bronze, titanium. It can also be done in plastics, glass, acrylics and ceramic materials. This technique is based on the properties of capillary action, or the phenomenon of a liquid rising when confined to a small opening due to the wetting properties of the liquid's surface, whether visible or fluorescent. The acceptance and rejection criteria are governed by international standards and codes such as: ASME SECTION V, ARTICLE 6 / ASTM E-165 / DS-1 / ISO 3452 / ASTM E 1417 / AMS 2644.
3. Magnetic Particle Inspection
Is a procedure used to detect surface or subsurface defects, based on the accumulation of particles of ferromagnetic material, due to the leakage fields that said discontinuities produce in previously magnetized materials, only materials with high magnetic permeability (ferromagnetic) can be examined, steels in general, not being applicable to aluminum, copper, zinc or austenitic stainless steels.
In this method, visible or fluorescent media are used, with wet particles (suspended in a fluid) or in the form of dry powder. Fluorescent magnetic particle inspections have higher sensitivity than the visible particle method. The methods and equipment to be used to carry out the inspections will depend on the field to be created according to the shape or design of the component or piece to be evaluated (magnetic yoke, coil, central conductor, etc.)

4. Ultrasound Inspection
It allows to determine the structure of engineering materials in an integral way; It is used in quality control and inspection of materials in different areas of the industry on the detection and characterization of discontinuities (cracks, porosities, lack of fusion, lack of penetration, etc.) In welds and pieces that require volumetric evaluation, Measurement of thicknesses, extension and degree of corrosion, and determination of physical characteristics determined by great penetration power, which allows the measurement of large thicknesses, High sensitivity allows spotting extremely small discontinuities. The interpretation of the results is immediate and most used for welding of structures, welding of drill pipes, welding of pressurized mud-gas lines, pressure vessels, tanks, etc.
5. Lifting Equipment Inspection and Load Testing:
We provide services for the evaluation of the operational competence of lifting equipment in compliance with international standards and codes established such as (ASME SERIES 30, ANSI, API, OSHA, etc.)
